Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas
Older coupled boughte a car. I signed an agreement stating the transaction no agreement of x amount of dollars a month. I insured the car but he kept the title. Here recently they said the need to take the car until we get to dmv and get title swapped over for legal issues. I obliged and come to find out today they sold the car, am I out all that money?

Your posting is confusing. The facts are unclear. Yiy start out saying that an elderly couple bought a car, later you talk as if you are the seller, then as though you are the buyer. If you were paying on a car that the seller sold to someone else, you're probably due a refund. If that isn't the case, you might try reposting, with a clearer description of the situation, so perhaps someone in here can assist you.
Good luck
