What is the Statue of Limitations for a scavenger buyer of credit card debt to seek a court judgment for an unpaid credit card debt in Kansas? Some say it's 3 years from the last payment made. Others say it's 5 years from the last payment made.

Generally, the SoL is five years from the last payment or promise to pay.
