Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

while i was 17 i got charged with possession of cocaine i was given felony diversion? now that im 18 i got a theft citation i had 250 worth of stuff of me...i am still on diversion how will this work out for me?

The likelihood is that your diversion will be terminated and you will now be facing two charges. The felony possession of cocaine and the petty theft.
