14 yr. old son passenger in stolen vehicle
police want written statement, we refused til we got legal advice on what to do and what kind of charges can be pressed against him

He should only provide a statement if the prosecutor gives him immunity for any charges, or at least qualified immunity for any information he provides. Good Luck
