Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
adult-minor relations
Are there any laws against or pertaining to a 20 year old sending pictures and sexual conversations to my 16 year old on the computer?
She is not against it but I am. I want to know if I have any legal standing to put pressure on him to stop.
