appealing a bond
Is it possible to appeal a bond hearing when a bond is set too high for the charges and the family because the judge was angry at the DA, prosecutor, and the public defender?

Yes. It is possible to seek a reduction in bond amount. Whether it would likely succeed, is adetermination that requires more information than you were able to provide here.
