Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

I was arrested at my work for identity theft and was bonded out and had court. When I went to court they told me that I would either have a warrant for my arrest or a letter in the mail stating the charges against me and when to appear in court. I believe the charge is WOPed. I am innocent, was just around the wrong people. Since I was arrested at work, my boss wants a letter that shows what happened at court. How can I obtain this letter? I am willing to pay an attorney if needed. Just need to get this done as soon as possible because I love my job and need this put behind me.

You did not indicate which County or Municipality arrested you. If you email me this information, I might be able to refer an attorney to assist you. Please indicate (in the subject line) that the email is about a Lawguru posting, as you are anonymous on this site, and I want to know from whom the message is sent. You could also check your local phone book or do an internet search for criminal defense attorneys in your area.

Good luck
