Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

I bought 40 calves from Wisconsin from a guy got the home an 2 days later they started dying I called the guy he admitted the sickness came from him I have lost 32 so far is there any legal action I can take to get some money back because he sold me sick calves

This is a question of Wisconsin law, unless you ordered the calves while in Kansas, and did not go to WI to get them. Consult directly with a civil practice attorney in your area.
