Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
My boyfriend was arrested for a DUI last night here in KS. He is presently on parole from convictions in 2007 (released from prison December 2013). He had six more weeks before he was off parole pending drug and alcohol treatment (six weeks). Otherwise, he would have been off parole in December or January.
What's going to happen to him?

You need to help him get a defense attorney very soon. He stands a chance of doing the time in his previous charge (parole violation) and time for the DUI. There are things his attorney needs to do fit for him within days. There may be an opportunity to avoid him going to prison.
Good luck
