My boyfriend has been on felony probation for 8 months because of a fight he was in almost two years ago. He still has 10 months left. Last night he was driving home frl
a bar and ran into a guard rail. I came and got him and we left the car there. About an hour later we were woken up because the police were at our door. He did a sobriety test and then was taken to the station where he blew a .083 and received a DUI. What is likely to happen to him?
