Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
My ex keeps calling my work place trying to find out if I'm working that night, when they won't give him the info, he gets rude with them. Then he waits til after the time I get there, drives through the parking lot and honks his horn when he sees me inside. Is there anything I can do about this?

Court that issued the Divorce. Normally, ibe cannot get a restraining order for bin violent and non-threatening behavior. But, a divorce court can find one if the paeues in contempt for harassment or behavior that puts their former spouse's livelihood in jeopardy.
If you were never married, you'll have to xobcinxe your employer to ban him, before they fire you. If you can't convince them, I suggest that you hire counsel to keep him m away.
