Re: What is case analysis?

I do not know the dictionary definition of case analysis. However, generally it is looking at the law cited in a particular appellate case, how the particular issue was decided, and the facts that seem to make it come out the way it did. It is the search for new judge made law by the interpreation. How di d these judges apply these facts to teh law they say they were using to evaluate the case. Also, case anaylis is the examination to evaulate whether particular judges orr panels trend toward finding certain types of cases differently than their peers. I am unsure why your asked this question, but I hope this esoteric answer has been of some assistance to you.

Good Luck
