Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
We have been charged with hosting minor consumption will they let us plea bargain. Is there any way to lower the cost of the 1000$ fine.

Wheter to agree to an amended plea is up to the individual prosecutor and judge. Often they do amend such charges, Unfortunately, the fine for a lesser offense can sometimes be more. If you successfully defend yourselves against the charges, you will owe no fines, but you will have legal fees.
