Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

I was charged yesterday with a class C misdemeanor and I was released when I paid the full bond amount. I have a court date in three weeks. What I want to know is what I can expect when I go to court.

You will have an hearing to have the charg3es ead and yrou plea entered into the record. You or yrou attorney may wiave the reading and enter yrou plea. You will either get the case dismissed, work out a deal with the prosecutor or allow the case to go forward.
