Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
Can the city attorney prosectute me in two criminal cases and represent my husband in our divorce case at the same time??

What you describe is a conflict of interest. You (or your attorney) should raise this issue i'm both cases. You might need to let the Bar's Office of disciplinary counsel know about this.
