Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I was convicted of a felony fee and eluding police in Kansas in August of 2010. The offense occurred in August of 2009. I was given probation for 1 year and was released from probation in June of 2011. My question is can I have a gun legally since it has been more than 5 years since my date of conviction?
