Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I am on diversion for DUI. I received a drinking in public ticket a few days ago. The cop who ticketed me had no real evidence that I was drinking on public property because he grabbed me when I was standing on my friend's porch steps drinking a beer. If I cannot get it erased, how will it affect my diversion?

If you are found guilty, it will be a violation of your diversion plan. This could cause you to serve the time for the DUI. Get an attorney to represent you on the dirinking in public charge. They might also need to represent you in defending the probation violation charge as to yrou DUI diversion.
Good luck
