Teh notary may, at the least lose their commission. If they were duped by somoen who preented themself as the signatory, the notary woudl eant to assist ifn the prosecuiotn of the forgers. The witnesses may also have bee nduped by the signator, or are particiaptns tint eh fraad and forgery. The punishments woudl be determined by the level of fruad they are accused of and whther they are convicted in federal or state court.
Good luck
