Expunging record
My husband was convicted of Federal Narrotics possion with intent back in 1987 in Kansas. He served 18 months in Jail. He is now looking to get this expunged from his record now. We were looking for information on how to go about that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Expunging record
If you live in Ohio, you can apply to have the record sealed under Ohio law. It only affects Ohio records, but that may accomplish your purpose. There is no method for sealing federal records, other than a presidential pardon.
