Going Federal?
How do authorities determine whether a case stays at the state level and when and how does it go Federal? (referring to man.of meth charge)
What can a person do to make the Government disclose all information pertaining to an Informant which is the only probable cause for the warrant to be issued?

The Federal authorities usually request when a case be passed to them...
Discovery requests are the tools for getting information about a case. . .it can be a complex process which requires legal skills.
