Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
i am on felony community corrections in the county of saline. the city of salina. the state of kansas. do they have the right to know ahead of time that i have two medical appointments, the dates and times. to deny me axcess to my medical care, and give me a 7 day sanction at a detox center because uf a dirty u.a.

If you are under a sentence, you.may not have the authority to attend an appointment that would contrast with an Order of incarceration
