felony murder
my son was convicted of felony murder,july 04,discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling,resulting in the death a person,standing behind the door.he was talking to another person,when he fired the weapon,not knowing someone was behind the door!there were two other individual involved.
exactly what constiutes felony murder? the DA would not plea bargain!thank you!

Basically, felony murder is a homocide that occurs during the the act of seperate felony
