Somebody is trying to file a police report on me because I sold them a cell phone e online that is network locked but I didn't know it was what should I do

Offer to undue the deal, or prepare to defend yourself from a criminal or civil complaint. It is unlikely that a prosecutor will pursue a criminal case. Do, you're more likely looking at a small claims case, unless you qualify as a dealer. You should consult directly with a defense attorney, in your area, to advise you based upon the specific facts of your situation.
