Forced to Move
Sex offender lived at same residence for 14 months approved by parole officer there is a headstart school on the corner within 300 feet can they now force me to move?

Yes. It is getting harder and harder for a sex offender to actually live in any community. Some are extending this to within 1000 feet. Which in some communities means that any residence is within 1000 feet of a school.
