Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
My friend went to jail for an att. Agg. Burg. And the da has no evidence against him. All their evidence is against his friend who he got caught with and the only eye whitness gas changed their story many times but still Can't positively id my boyfriend. The poliece questioned him at the sene with out reading him his Miranda rights and did not sighn the card untail he was in booking. Do you think he has a good chance of beating this case?
