The liklihoo dof you getting caught may be low, but the penalty you coudl suffer, if you are, are probalby way beyond what your family will get paid. There is probably a reason why they are asking you to answer the calls here. You and your friend may be violating Spanish law too. That probably would not hit you (unless you ever plan to go to Spain) but coudl subject your family in Spain to prosecution, as they are getting money for prostitution.
