Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

This guy I went on a date with from meeting him on a mutually beneficial arrangement site is harassing me. He gave me a gift of $200 because he said he wanted to help me get my tattoo I wanted to get done and was thinking about getting next day, I didn't ask, force, or steal the money. He said it was his gift to me after our first date, since I've been on a few dates from this website before, the guys always pay me for my time. I have never been intimately involved with anyone from the website and when I told him after meeting him a few days later that I don't think we'd be a good match since he wants sex for money. He claimed and accused me of stealing money from him and then threatened to show up to mine and my mothers work place and show my parents my profile and our messages to them and tell them I was on the site for money for sex with older men. I've repeatley asked him to leave me alone and to stop pestering me. What should I do? Is this enough for a Harrassment complaint or restraining order? I just don't want him to show up to my work anymore and him harrass my mother about my personal life and slander me to her and my coworkers and say that I'm a prostite who stole money from him. Can a Harrassment complaint make him not be allowed to come to my work place to harrass me for money and threaten to "expose " me like that?

Obviously, the best option is to return the $200. If you won't do that, you might have to wait until he actually comes to your work. Threatening to expose your online activity may not suffice to show a threat of violence to get a restraining order.

Good luck
