Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
harassment
I did something stupid. I was dating a man I found out was married. I called it off but also sent him several texts that were not nice. The worst said the world would be a better place without you. He said it was harassment and if I didn't stop he would take legal action. I stopped but if he did take legal action what would happen? Don't know if this is important but I live in Virginia he lives in Kansas.

Re: harassment
No, what you've described would not be a valid basis for any viable interstate legal action against you by this former paramour(in my opinion).
You would seem well advised to just forget all about it.
