Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
holds while in prison
My husband is currently in state prison in california and has been notified of a potential hold he has in kansas and maryland. He's not sure exactly what these holds are for. How can i or he find out what the holds are for?

The institution he's being held at can tell you the jurisdiction which sent the warrant. . .if the prison can't tell you the charge, they can give you the jurisdition to call to find out.
