Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

my husband broke our one month olds leg. i know he didn't do it intentionally, he has never mistreated our kids. the cops here do not like him and they trying to give him eight years. they gave him child neglect with i believe would be ok because he should of been more careful but they also giving him aggravated child endangerment can they do that or are they doing him wrong?

If your husband doe snto qulify for a want an appointed attorney, he shoudl hire one soon. If he allows this to go as is, he coudl go to jail and you coudl lose the kids if you refuse to divorce him. Children's services in Kansas can be great, but on occassion has had one of the skechiest reputations in the nation. ion soem occasions they have coerced a man to plead gulty by threatening to take the kids away, if Mom does not divorce him.

He and you should not wait before seeking an attorney in person, to advise him as to the case agsint him..
