ex husband forged my name

my ex forged my name on property that i own and lost it what are my legal rights and can i get my property back or sue him?

You can try to quiet the title and dispute the claim of those who hold it now, based upon the fraud. You can lso sue your ex for the forgery (assuming you can get jursdiction in the court you want)
