Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

MY HUSHAND IS GOING TO COURT AND THE LAWYER DOESNT WANT HIM TO TAKE THE STAND IS THAT A GOOD SIGN OR BAD? HE WAS CHARGED FOR BEING AT THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME FOR DRUGS HE WAS STANDING BY WITH DRUG DEAL GOING DOWN AND HE DIDNT KNOW ALL THEY HAVE ARE PICTURES SHOULD HE TAKE THE STAND? hE GETS MAD EASLY AND I DONT KNOW IF THAT IS GOOD OR BAD HE IS VERY OUT SPOKEN, IM AFRAID THAT THE OTHER LAWYER WIL MAKE HIM TO BE BAD AND ACT LIKE HE NEW WHAT WAS GOING ON WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There are times for a defendant to take the stand, and times not to. Your husband's attorney has been able to assess your husband and the case against him. That attonrey is in a better position to evaluate the case and yrou husband. None here can contradict thta advice, based upon the limited amount of facts you are able to provide through this forum.
