indecent liberties with a minor
a 25 yr old male has a friendship with a 14 yr old female--the parents of the 14 yr old are always present when the 25 yr old is around--there is no other type of relationship going on--is this indecent liberties with a minor? All they do together is shoot hoops, ride bikes with the entire family, do yard work etc
