Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
juvenile offenses
My 13 year old is being accused of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property. I am 99% sure he is innocent of all charges. There have been around 20 juveniles questioned and charged in the alleged crimes but they have never questioned my child. He can defend himself and the witness statements can be proven bogus. Is there a way to get these charges dropped before our court date? Can we see the statements the police have that implicate him?

Re: juvenile offenses
Your son's attorney will get access to the police report(s) and may be able to file a Motion to Dismiss the charge(s) Without more facts, it is impossible to predict if that has much chance of success.
Good Luck
