Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I kicked my girlfriend out she had some guys come over to my house looking for me i texted her and told her that if them guys came back over i would go to her daughters school and cause some problems if the came back to my house, can tthey use this aginst me and said some choice cuss words to her too

Yes she cna use that against you, as can the school. Don't do it again. If the guys come back, call the cops.
