Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
i lied to the cops about drinking and i have a court date for that coming up and i really want to tell the truth, but will i get in trouble for changing my answer, or for saying i has drinking?

If you lied to the police, you can get in trouble, even if you don't admit that you lied. You need legal counsel to advise you as to yrou particular case, not a hypothetical generlization. Go see an attorney in your area before your court date. Many attorney soffer a free or low cost initial consultaiton.
