How long can you be held in jail without seeing judge in kansas?

There is not a certain time period. If one feels they have been held too long, they can seek a writ of habius corpus, to have a judge see them immediately. But, depending upon the circumstances of the arrest, most people see a judge or magistrate within a week of being arrested. Some are arraigned the same day they are taken into custody.
