What is the class severity and mandatory sentance for the first time offense of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon?

Depending upon whom the assault was perpetrated. . .on LEO = level 6 Person Felony, carries a sentence from between 17 and 46 months, dependent upon your history of convictions; Agg Assault = level 7 Person Felony, carrying a sentence of between 11 and 34 months, depending on criminal history.
