Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
i missed my court date and had a signature bond which my mother signed they filed a motion to forfeit bond will they charge my mom if i turn myself in

If you appear, they may no longer be need for forfeiture. You should consult directly with an attorney before deciding what to do. Don't wait, as you mother (and you) are in jeopardy.
