Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
need to know how to obtain discovery papers from my sons court case he filed a motion to receive them but motion was denied how can I obtain these papers for him

He should be able to examine the physical file, at the court house. While there, he can probably have copies made of the documents he wants. He may not be able to see the prosecutor"s file, or get copies of the internal notes. Your Son's attorney may be able to get more than he can alone.
