Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

I am paying the phone bill for a friend of mine who may be dealing drugs. if he is can I get in legal trouble for it?

Unless you participating or profiting from the illegal activity, it is unlikely that a prosecutor will puruse you for just paying a phone bill. But, if you believe the person is using their phone to make drug deals, you should stop paying their bill.
