If the police raided my house looking for someone that stabb ed s someone and his knife, can they arrest me for something else they find and get a warrant for it later?

Yes. Police who are conducting a lawful search do not have to ignore unexpected evidence of other crimes, even if those crimes were not committed by the original suspect.
