possession of marijuana
I have a renter in my furnished house who found about a joints
worth of marijuana and some paraphenalia in my boyfriend's
storage area. Can I be prosecuted, even though I am not living
there?

That is totally the discretion of the prosecutor in your jurisdiction. . .what you should be concerned about, if you own the house, is that your house could be the subject of forfeiture if illegal substances are found there.
