Am I entitled to know who is going to be supbeona to my hearing?

Yes, a defendant is normally entitled to know who is being called to testify agaisnt them. Unless you are charged with a serious misdemeanor or violent felony, it is likely that no one other than the the prosecutor or perhaps an arresting officer will be at a preliminary hearing for the prosecutor.
