Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I am currently on probation. I have the money required to pay off the rest of my fines, but now I am being told that I have to pay for an agree management assessment which is $150. My girlfriend and baby moved away and out of state 3 weeks ago, and I want to move to be with them. Would I run the risk of being arrested and sent back to the state I am currently in if I don't finish out my probation before I leave?

Until your probation ends. You would probably be in violation should you move out of state without your PO's foreknowledge. Yes, if you are on supervised probation, you could be sent back if you flee the state.
Good luck
