Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
What can be done to prove a detective has been involved in planting false evidence in a rape case. Do not have resources to hire private investigator.

Evidence of the planting or imposition of false information, should begin to show that the fraud has occurred. But, without an investigator, it is unlikely that sufficient evidence will be obtained. If the detective admits the fraud, that would help.
