Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I purchased a vehicle from a friend who had bought it from his parents he failed to inform me that they wanted the tires off of it well I already sold the vehicle and I never registered it in my name cause I needed money and now they are saying they are getting the law involved. So my question it without any papers saying they need the tires off of it can I get into trouble? and how do I approach this if it comes to it?

Unless the seller can show that there was an agreement to sell the vehicle, tires are assumed to be part of the vehicle when they are sold. When they call the Police, it is likely that the officers will do nothing. You didn't say how the vehicle was delivered or turned over to you. But, that may control how a case against you would be resolved. You may have some problems with selling a vehicle that you didn't have title to. That means that you may be like able to the person that bought the car from you.
