Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

I'm getting ready to plead guilty to two counts of distribution of marijuana in Johnson County Kansas. First time offense. Wondering if probation without "shock time" is reasonable. 10 ounces were found, controlled buy.

Before I can say if you are probation eligible, I need more information. Do you have prior convictions? Was the plea amended? I hate to advise anyone to take a plea without talking to the Defendant, seeing the police reports, and examining the evidence. Do you have an attorney?
