Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I received a notice to appear in court for an MIP last night. On my notice it states the violation occurred on Nov. 30th 2011 at 0037HRS. This was last night, it was after midnight so it should actually be Dec. 1st 2011 at 0037HRS. Can I get this charge dropped based on that?
