Resident Alien Bond

Is there a bond for resident alien in Kansas pending trial? If not why? If yes? is there a time limet which is to be summited?

All criminal defendants are initially eligible for bond in state courts, and are at least considered for bond in federal courts.

If bond has not been set a Motion should be filed asking for a bond hearing.

A resident alien has just as much right to bond as anyone else.
